Your test results show that you have a fungal infection with candida and an infection with an organism called trichomonas. Don't worry both infections are easily treatable. The trichomonas infection is treated with a medicine called metronidazole or tinidazole thatvis given as a 2gram tablet orally just once. It's effective but the partner also has to be treated so that the infection doesn't come again. The fungal infection called candida is treated either with a miconazole vaginal suppository for three days or a single oral tablet of fluconazole 150 mg. This will treat the Infections and therefore no abnormal vaginal discharge. These infections are common and easily treated so don't worry. Best regards. PS : they don't affect fertility as such but they should be treated.
